Spring of Hope Counseling is a space for growth, healing, and transformation. We are dedicated to helping women and adolescents heal from anxiety, depression, and trauma while navigating life’s transitions with greater confidence and peace.

Our approach blends faith-based insight with evidence-based care, offering a space that’s both compassionate and practical. We integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change that lasts.
